SHIPPING FROM CHINA:

  • As the shipping rates are only estimations, the discrepancy between the shop-quoted shipping rate and the actual shipping rate can be quite drastic for large orders ( such as more than 14 small plushies or 2 big plushies and many small plushies). In that case, I may reach out to request a shipping top-up!
  • If you provide a PO BOX address or APO/FPO/DPO address, your standard shipping service provider may be different from your peers, as not all carriers can ship to these address formats/ locations. Residential or office/commercial building addresses are most recommended!
  • Standard shipping comes with tracking and is inclusive of VAT, tariffs, and customs duties for most countries.
  • Standard Shipping to Russia does not include taxes or customs duties.
  • Express Shipping is available as an add-on by request; make your purchase with standard shipping first, then reach out to me via email to request for a top-up.
  • The Express Shipping fees will not include VAT/ tariffs/ custom duties, and taxes will be collected by your local customs.
  • Customs or local delivery agencies may randomly inspect package values.

SHIPPING FROM SINGAPORE:

✦ We cannot ship to PO Boxes in the U.S, UK and Europe. Please provide an alternate address if you can.

✦ US buyers: Only items shipped from Singapore ( Listings without  [SHIPS FROM U.S.A ]” in their title ) will be billed 15% tax upon checkout. This fee covers DDP ( Delivered Duties Paid) costs, tariffs, and fees to ensure clear customs clearance. 

✦ For buyers from UK, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland: VAT will be processed and declared when your parcel ( that is shipped from Singapore ) reaches your local customs office.

✦ For other EU countries and other European buyers: Only items shipped from Singapore ( Listings without  [SHIPS FROM U.S.A ]” in their title ) will be billed VAT upon checkout to ensure clear customs clearance. This is estimated to be between 20-26% of the total of items in your cart & your shipping fee, depending on your location.

✦ For all other countries, international parcels will commonly have import taxes/customs fees imposed by their local customs officers. These rates differ between countries and ( sometimes ) states. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import taxes to avoid surprise charges after shipping!

✦ For standard shipping, my shipping partner ( JUSTSHIP ) offers a maximum liability coverage of SGD60 ( includes value + shipping of item) for any lost/ damaged mail to these countries. The refundable amount is up to their discretion, and it is usually only a portion of the full value of your parcel.

✦ For international buyers, once your parcel reaches your country, you may trace the whereabouts of your parcel with your local delivery service ( USPS for USA, Royal Mail for UK, Canada Post for Canada etc.) using the tracking number provided. 

✦ For some countries such as Mexico and Chile , the local postal service does not deliver to your shipping address. Addressees may be notified of the parcels' arrival and have to collect them from the Post Office after the necessary import and other regulations have been complied with. Please be aware of how your country handles international mail! 

✦ If you are buying items from a shipping address in South Korea or China, I may reach out to request your personal customs number or Personal ID to facilitate customs declarations.

 

Upgrade to FedEX Express Shipping:

✦ FedEx Express Shipping offers FULL INSURANCE COVERAGE, including the value of the parcel and the shipping fee. Hence, it is the recommended shipping option for high-value orders!

✦ FedEx delivers parcels in 2-6 working days, and offer full refund claims for parcels that are:

  • Damaged by postal service mishandling
  • Lost in transit

✦  If your express shipping package is undelivered for over 10 working days, please inform us asap so we may look into it.

✦ Do note that import taxes also increase alongside the cost of shipping fees- Parcels with standard shipping will have lower import taxes than parcels with express shipping.

"SHIPS FROM THE US" :

✦ The "[ SHIPS FROM USA ]" listings will be fulfilled by our wonderful U.S shipping partner- White Squirrel, and is recommended for buyers living in the U.S  for cheaper domestic shipping rates and Canada for more timezone-friendly customer service interactions.

✦ The shipping carriers available for these listings are USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx.

✦ Worldwide shipping ( to most countries ) is available, and Non U.S/ Canadian buyers can purchase from these listings as well!

✦ If you are ordering from outside the U.S, please familiarize yourself with your country's import taxes to avoid surprise charges after shipping.

✦ If during the shop opening, you still cannot check out your cart due to unavailable shipping, AND your country isn’t in the list above, please reach out to me via email at hello@tweedsgoods.com so I may manually confirm if we can offer coverage to your country.
